  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Free Returns

We provide free returns worldwide for eligible orders.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package

We'll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify under our return policy.
